Must be an ohio thing cause al though you can get around most of New Jersey in a Hour and a half we consider anything with in a hour and a half reasonable and anything over that a bit of a trip

In Florida I consider anything under an hour to be pretty close… for some reason in Ohio, a half hour away feels pretty far. I don’t know what it is that causes that, but it’s definitely a thing.
540 grand is really cheap by NJ standards my house is around half of that and I have just shy of 1 acre. If I could get a hold of 28 acres for that price air port or not it would be a great deal in jersey but I’d love to have it with the airport. I got a look up what the average cost of living is in ohio and what the pay is like

I’m out in the sticks of Florida on 2 acres and the property value is pretty close to that…
Whenever I compare Florida prices to Ohio, the Ohio prices seem dirt cheap!
I can confirm that the cost of living is significantly lower than Florida. Everything from Taxes, insurance, grocery’s, restaurants…
