This one’s been for sale for awhile. The overall market being shakey probably has people holding onto their money. Seems like a great plane. I don’t like the N-Number, so its a full recover for me haha So factoring that in, its too much money. You should buy it

Is there something that makes you think that the Nebraska cub will go in that range, but this one isn’t worth $199,000?
Not trying to use your words against you, I’m just genuinely trying to understand what these things are worth. This seems reasonable, but nobody is buying it.
Maybe I’m wrong? Only worth what someone is willing to pay. So, clearly $199k is too much. Doesn’t say “no damage history” that I can tell. Why a full restoration? Did it get flipped on its back? Was it outside during a Hurricane?
Who knows. It looks great and the times on the airframe and engine are great. Way too much in the panel, for me. Probably pretty piggy on the Basic Empty Weight.
